Avocado toast with egg

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice whole grain bread
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Mash the avocado and spread it on the toast.
  3. Fry the egg to your liking and place it on top of the avocado toast.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Enjoy!
