Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 2 eggs, scrambled
  • 1/4 cup black beans
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Warm the tortilla in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  2. Add the scrambled eggs, black beans, salsa, and avocado to the tortilla.
  3. Fold the tortilla into a burrito.
  4. Enjoy!
