Chocolate Protein Pancakes


  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 egg


  1. In a blender, blend the oats until they form a fine flour.
  2. Add in the protein powder and baking powder, and pulse to combine.
  3. Add in the almond milk and egg, and blend until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  5. Pour the batter onto the pan in small circles.
  6. Flip when the edges start to look set.
  7. Cook until both sides are lightly browned.
  8. Enjoy!
