Oatmeal with Greek Yogurt and Berries


  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon honey


  1. In a small saucepan, combine the rolled oats and almond milk. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the oats are tender and the mixture has thickened.
  2. Stir in the Greek yogurt and mix well.
  3. Transfer the oatmeal to a bowl and top with mixed berries and a drizzle of honey.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
