Overnight Oats with Berries
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Combine oats, almond milk, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Mix well and then stir in mixed berries.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- Enjoy the oats cold in the morning.
