Overnight Oats with Berries

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Combine oats, almond milk, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  2. Mix well and then stir in mixed berries.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Enjoy the oats cold in the morning.
