Spinach and feta omelette


  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and add the spinach.
  3. Cook until wilted, then pour in the whisked eggs.
  4. Sprinkle the feta cheese on top and cook until the eggs are set.
  5. Fold the omelette in half and serve.
