Spinach and feta omelette
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and add the spinach.
- Cook until wilted, then pour in the whisked eggs.
- Sprinkle the feta cheese on top and cook until the eggs are set.
- Fold the omelette in half and serve.
