Most people believe that lifting heavier weight is what matters most, but realistically, if you lift heavier weight while struggling on your form, this will not benefit you. It is essential to try and always use proper form while attaining the full range of motion in your exercise, as this will benefit you the greatest!
Let’s take a look at why you should try and avoid lifting weights with bad form:

- Affects performance and fails to deliver results
