Grilled vegetable wrap
- 1 large tortilla wrap
- 1/2 cup of grilled zucchini
- 1/2 cup of grilled bell peppers
- 1/4 cup of sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup of hummus
- 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup of mixed greens
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut the zucchini and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces, and slice the red onions.
- Grill the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes or until they are tender and slightly charred.
- Warm the tortilla wrap on the grill for 10-15 seconds.
- Spread the hummus over the wrap.
- Add the grilled vegetables on top of the hummus.
- Sprinkle the feta cheese and mixed greens on top of the vegetables.
- Roll up the wrap tightly and cut it in half.
