Grilled vegetable wrap


  • 1 large tortilla wrap
  • 1/2 cup of grilled zucchini
  • 1/2 cup of grilled bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup of sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup of hummus
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup of mixed greens


  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Cut the zucchini and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces, and slice the red onions.
  • Grill the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes or until they are tender and slightly charred.
  • Warm the tortilla wrap on the grill for 10-15 seconds.
  • Spread the hummus over the wrap.
  • Add the grilled vegetables on top of the hummus.
  • Sprinkle the feta cheese and mixed greens on top of the vegetables.
  • Roll up the wrap tightly and cut it in half.
