Ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized tomatoes, sliced
- 8 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
Instructions:
- On a large platter, alternate slices of tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
