The expander is normal (took without a meter), but there is a problem. At me after the first adjustment of the effort it has stopped to adjust, all because of the fact that the adjustment is made by twisting the bolt to which it is fixed. So her octagonal form for a couple of turns turned into a round and stopped providing a hook on the edges of the bolt head, I had to remove the lid and is now adjustable only by means of a key for 12.
